These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arbitro GG (the "Service"), an AI-assisted tabletop rules reference available at arbitro-gg.vercel.app. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Arbitro GG answers rules questions for tabletop games (currently Kill Team, D&D 5e, and a general/custom-system mode) using an AI model. Answers are generated based on built-in reference material and, optionally, PDF rulebooks you upload. In the D&D 5e tab only, the assistant may also search the web for a limited number of queries when built-in content doesn't cover your question.
Answers are AI-generated and may be wrong. Core rules content is written in our own words as a reference aid — it is not copied verbatim from any publisher's rulebooks, and it may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Arbitro GG is not an official or authorized source of rules rulings for any game system.
For anything rules-critical — tournament play, official rulings, or resolving disputes — always cross-reference the official published rulebooks. We recommend uploading your own official PDFs for the most accurate answers. You are solely responsible for how you use any answer the Service provides.
You can use the Service as a guest with a limited daily question quota, or create a free account for the same daily quota tied to your account instead of your device. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to legally agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction to sign up.
Arbitro Pro is a paid subscription ($4.99 USD/month, billed on a recurring basis) that removes the daily question quota. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details ourselves.
You may upload PDF rulebooks so the Service can reference them when answering your questions. You keep ownership of anything you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm you have the right to use it this way (e.g. it's a rulebook you've legitimately purchased for your own reference) and you grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the Service back to you.
Uploaded content is scoped to your account and to the specific game tab you uploaded it in — it isn't shared with other users. You can delete any uploaded source at any time from the game tab or the Settings tab library list.

Please don't: attempt to break, overload, or scrape the Service; try to bypass the question quota or subscription checks; upload content you don't have the right to use; or use the Service for anything illegal.
If you flag an answer as incorrect, the flagged answer, your question, and your account email (if logged in) are stored so we can review and improve the Service. This is separate from any local flag history shown to you in the browser, which clears automatically when you close the tab.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your uploaded content at any time; contact us if you'd like your account fully deleted.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated answers will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arbitro GG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes of games played using its answers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
