Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Arbitro GG ("we", "us") collects when you use arbitro-gg.vercel.app (the "Service"), how it's used, and your choices around it. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

1. What We Collect

We do not collect names, addresses, or phone numbers, and we never see or store your payment card details — Stripe handles that directly.

2. How Your Data Is Used

Chat messages and PDF content are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate answers. They are not used by us to train any model.
Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe under its own privacy policy — we only receive a customer ID, subscription ID, and subscription status back from Stripe.
Account and usage data is stored in our Supabase database (hosted on Supabase's infrastructure) to run the Service — enforce quotas, remember your saved rulebooks, and track your subscription.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising or share it with third parties beyond the service providers above who need it to make Arbitro GG work.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

Arbitro GG uses your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember your theme preference, your session's flag history, and — for guests — an anonymous device ID used only to apply the daily question quota. Signing in uses a standard authentication token stored in your browser to keep you logged in.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Guest quota records are tied to a rolling daily window. Flagged answers are kept so we can review and improve the Service over time. You can delete your uploaded PDFs at any time from within the app.

5. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing arbitrotabletop@gmail.com. If you'd like your account and all associated data fully deleted, let us know and we'll process that request.

6. Children's Privacy

Arbitro GG is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone below the age required to legally agree to our Terms of Service in their jurisdiction.

7. International Users

Arbitro GG is operated using service providers (Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, Vercel) that may process data in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to that transfer and processing.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
